This practice is direct-pay: no insurance billing, no prior authorization delays, no surprise bills. You'll always know your cost before treatment begins.

Ongoing protective foot care for patients with diabetes, peripheral neuropathy, or peripheral vascular disease (PVD). Catching nerve, circulation, or skin changes early is the single best way to prevent a wound before it starts.

3 wellness visits over 6 months (roughly every 8 weeks) — nail, callus & skin check, mobility & risk screening
Regular screening to help catch nerve, circulation, or skin changes early, before they progress to a ulcer
Edema management included — up to 2 pairs of compression stockings, plus evaluation and training on proper use, when clinically indicated
Patient-specific home-care education, customized and adjusted at every visit

Active wound and ulcer treatment, including weekly evaluation, debridement, and dressing changes until healing is complete, with specialist coordination/referrals - close follow ups to support faster healing.

Vital Mobility offers home visits for patients who prefer the convenience of care at home — no homebound status required, no insurance needed.
Most patients begin with an in-office New Patient Visit before scheduling home visits. If you are homebound due to a medical condition or disability and cannot come to the office, contact us to arrange a home-based New Patient Visit as your starting point.
Home visits are available throughout Pasco and Hillsborough Counties, and a few additional locations.

Dr. Dwarampudi is a foot and ankle surgeon with surgical and wound care privileges at AdventHealth Tampa and ambulatory surgery centers. Surgical options are discussed when conservative treatment hasn't provided adequate relief, ranging from minor in-office procedures to more complex surgeries.
