Yes. Vital Mobility is a direct-pay (self-pay) practice. We do not bill insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. This model allows us to offer extended appointment times, transparent pricing, and direct access to your physician — without prior authorizations, referrals, or insurance delays.
-
No referral is needed. You can book directly online or by calling or texting (813) 725-9226. Same-week appointments are typically available.
-
You can book online at https://vital-mobility.hint.com/booking or call/text (813) 725-9226. After booking, you will receive intake forms by email. Please complete your forms in advance so Dr. Dwarampudi can review your case before you arrive. Your New Patient Visit fee is paid at check-in. If you're a returning patient booking a Follow-Up Consultation or Care Package, that fee is paid online in advance of your visit.

Care Packages bundle a complete treatment plan, including your evaluation, follow-up visits, and the supplies your care calls for, into one upfront price. Because everything included in your diagnosis is already covered, you're never asked to weigh cost against what's clinically recommended for your recovery. Packages are built for conditions that typically need more than one visit, such as diabetic and wound care, plantar fasciitis, or injury recovery. Items like CAM boots, compression wraps, topicals, ACE wraps, Unna boots, and post-op shoes are included at no extra charge when clinically appropriate. Injections and procedures are billed separately unless specifically included as part of a package you've enrolled in (for example, the Plantar Fasciitis & Heel Pain Package includes one cortisone injection). Additional charges may still apply for surgical procedures outside your package's scope, such as matrixectomy, foreign body removal, or incision & drainage.
If you're not sure yet what your care will require, start with a New Patient Visit and Dr. Dwarampudi will recommend the right package for you, or confirm that individual visit pricing is a better fit.

Many patients find that the cost of a direct-pay visit is comparable to, or less than, their insurance copay plus deductible. Beyond cost, direct-pay care means no wait for prior authorizations, no long waits in the waiting room, no referrals, and no being sent home to schedule multiple visits for additional problems or procedures because of insurance billing restrictions. You get longer appointment times and direct access to your physician. We value your time as much as ours.
