I am a podiatric physician and foot & ankle surgeon with advanced training and clinical experience in wound care, dedicated to restoring mobility, supporting healing, and promoting long-term foot and ankle health.

Through a patient-centered direct-pay model, I provide unhurried, individualized care with extended visit times and direct physician access. Every visit is conducted personally by me - from evaluation and diagnosis to procedures and wound care. When appropriate, same-day in-office procedures may be performed to support timely treatment and recovery, allowing you to leave with answers and a clear plan, not just a referral.

Dr. Dwarampudi personally performs every procedure - from a simple dressing change and nail debridement to complex wound care and surgery - every step handled personally, never rushed, because every procedure, no matter how routine, deserves your doctor's full attention and time. She personally reviews every lab and imaging result and discusses findings directly with each patient, so you always have clarity, answers, and a clear path forward. My Approach to Your Care

My approach integrates structural, biomechanical, and neurovascular evaluation with attention to overall wellness, inflammation, nutrition, and lifestyle factors to support long-term function and mobility. I specialize in minimally invasive foot & ankle surgery with a focus on reducing recovery time and helping patients return to activity as safely and efficiently as possible.

I also work closely with local physicians and specialists to support coordinated, seamless care and offer home visits for select patients when clinically appropriate.

Beyond Medicine

Outside of medicine, I value balance, creativity, and connection. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, and I have a strong appreciation for art. I also enjoy creating artwork in my personal time, as well as traveling, cooking, gardening, and yoga. I am passionate about nutrition and lifestyle practices that support overall health and well-being.

• Podiatric Medicine and Surgery Residency with added credential in reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgery – James A. Haley Veterans’ Hospital, Tampa, Florida — one of the highest-volume foot and ankle surgical training programs in the Southeast.

• Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) – Des Moines University College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery, Iowa.

• Bachelor of Science – Baylor University, Texas.
