Procedure pricing depends on your diagnosis — you'll receive a written Good Faith Estimate before any scheduled service, as required under the federal No Surprises Act, and a full Fee Schedule is available at check-in.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We require at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.
Cancellation or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice: $50 fee
No-show (no notice given): $100 fee
Home or facility visits cancelled with less than 4 hours' notice: $100 fee
