Consultation visits include a comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and personalized treatment plan focused on your mobility goals.

Preventive at-risk care such as nail and callus debridement may be included when medically appropriate.

Procedures are billed separately unless otherwise noted.

🦶 Nail & Skin Care

  • Ingrown toenail treatment / removal — $200 per nail

  • Callus or corn debridement — $40 per lesion

  • Medical nail debridement — $100

  • Skin lesion biopsy / removal — $200 per lesion

🩹 Wound Care

  • Wound treatment (per site / ulcer) — $100

🦴 Orthotics & Support

  • Custom prescription inserts — $500

🩻 In-Office Procedure - $150 – $500 (based on complexity)

Includes:

  • Joint injections

  • Nerve blocks

  • PRP therapy

  • Foreign body or lesion removal

  • Incision & drainage of abscess

  • Complex wound care procedures

  • Biopsy

🏥 Home Visits

For established patients when medically appropriate:

  • Initial home visit — $400

  • Follow-up home visit — $300

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments (“no-shows”), will be charged the full visit fee for the scheduled appointment.

Appointments secured with pre-payment are non-refundable in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.

We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
