Consultation payment is collected at the time of booking to confirm and secure your appointment.
This is a direct-pay / self-pay practice. We do not bill or participate with commercial insurance plans, Medicare, or Medicaid.

How It Works
Vital Mobility does not bill insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. Fees are paid directly at the time of service. Pricing is discussed upfront before any procedure is performed.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We require at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.
Cancellation or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice: $50 fee
No-show (no notice given): $100 fee
Home or facility visits cancelled with less than 4 hours' notice: $100 fee
We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
