Payment is due at the time of service — cash, credit/debit, HSA/FSA, Zelle, or ACH. A payment link is emailed before your visit if you prefer to pay ahead. Procedures are quoted before they are performed and paid when you sign the procedure consent

Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We require at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.
Cancellation or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice: $50 fee
No-show (no notice given): $100 fee
Home or facility visits cancelled with less than 4 hours' notice: $100 fee
We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
