Care Packages
We price care differently than most practices. Instead of billing you for every visit, test, and supply separately, we bundle everything a condition typically needs into one clear price — packages save you up to 40% compared to paying per visit. Mobility & Foot Wellness Package — $650
Catch problems early — regular foot checks for diabetic, neuropathy, and circulation-related patients, before small issues become serious ones.
Wound & Ulcer Treatment & Management Plan - $500/month (single wound) · $800/month (complex, up to 3 ulcers).
No per-visit fees — every visit and supply your wound needs is included in your monthly package fee, for as long as healing takes.
Plantar Fasciitis & Heel Pain Package — $625
A complete treatment plan, not just a visit — evaluation, follow-ups, and an injection if appropriate.
Sprain & Injury Care Package — $400
Twisted an ankle or hurt your foot? A full evaluation and recovery plan — often less than a single urgent care visit.
Premium Home Care Package — $1,200
Wound care, diabetic foot checks, nail and skin care, or mobility support, delivered to your door.
This practice does not bill insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. You'll receive a written Good Faith Estimate before any scheduled service, as required under the federal No Surprises Act.
Individual pricing outside a package is available by request.
